Case of sports conditioning

Inquiry

The concierge receive your hope and worry(problem) by e-mail, and decide the planned date of use and person in charge.

Check in at reception

  1. On the day of use, please sign the medical questionnaire and use agreement form at the reception.
  2. Please change to training wear that you bring or rent out at the center.
  3. When the appointment time arrives, we move to the conditioning room with the person in charge.

Sports conditioning

  1. Hearing (counseling)

    In the beginning we inquire about your symptoms and hope(desired) contents in detail.

  2. Check your physical condition

    Check your pain area and physical function, posture, walk, performance etc.

  3. Explain

    Explain the cause of the problem and how to deal, the conditioning content and goal with it.

  4. Conduct conditioning

    Do exercise and performance guidance to improve technique and movement foe pain and fanctional disorder.

  5. Living instruction, home exercise and self-training guidance

    Tell you exercise you can do at your home and precaution when you working.

  6. Explanation about future use frequency and use content

    If necessary, we guide you about acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, insole making, women care, medical check.

Accounting

  1. Change your training wear after conditioning is over.
  2. At the reception, make an account, confirm the reservation.
